Product Description and Condition
All orchids are healthy, well-cared-for, and in excellent condition at the time of shipping. We provide clear photos and descriptions of each plant on our website.
Orchids are live plants, and their appearance may vary slightly due to natural growth patterns, lighting, or seasonal changes.
Please read care instructions pages on our website in order to help you maintain your orchid’s health after delivery.
Order and Payment
All purchases are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have provided accurate shipping and contact details.
Orders are final once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if inventory is unavailable (e.g., due to prior sale).
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orchids within 3 to 4 business days of order confirmation, using Royal Mail tracked 24.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided by you.
You must report any non-delivery issues within 4 days of the estimated delivery date, accompanied by evidence (e.g., missing tracking updates). Claims of non-delivery without tracking proof may not be honoured, per PayPal’s Seller Protection policy.
Plant Health and Buyer Responsibility
We guarantee that your orchid is healthy and undamaged at the time of shipping. Plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.
Upon receipt, you must inspect the orchid and report any damage (e.g., broken stems or leaves) within 24 hours of delivery, with photos sent to sarcguy01@gmail.com. We may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion, subject to availability.
Once delivered, the care and maintenance of the orchid are your responsibility. We are not liable for plant decline or death due to improper care, environmental factors, or neglect (e.g., incorrect watering, light, or temperature conditions).
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless the orchid arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue. Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal within7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong plant sent).
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, failure to follow care instructions, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Limited Inventory
Some orchids are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity. We use PayPal’s inventory tracking to prevent overselling, but in rare cases of simultaneous purchases, the first completed payment secures the plant. We will promptly refund any duplicate orders.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that receiving live plants complies with local, state, or international regulations (e.g., agricultural permits for cross-border shipping). We are not liable for confiscated or rejected shipments due to regulatory violations.
All sales are subject to United Kingdon consumer protection laws.
